1:1 Services
Sage Behavior Services provides compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with developmental disabilities and their families. Our goal is to support each child in building meaningful skills, increasing independence, and participating fully in their home, school, and community environments. The intervention approaches used during 1:1 service sessions are individualized, based on the child’s strengths, and culturally responsive. 1:1 services are intended to help children practice and develop in areas such as functional communication, daily living skills, play and social skills, self-advocacy, and safety awareness. When a child’s problem behaviors interfere with learning or safety/well-being, we work collaboratively to understand the purpose of such behavior and then to teach more supportive, functional alternatives that better meet the child’s needs. Our 1:1 services are typically tailored to align with the goals outlined in the child’s IEP, IPP, IFSP, or most recent assessment. Ongoing data collection by staff will occur during each 1:1 session to allow us to monitor progress, make informed adjustments, and to both share and celebrate growth and success. Based on what is authorized through the funding source, the 1:1 services for the child may include:- In-home ABA
- School-based behavior support
- Clinic-based ABA services
- Support during extra-curricular activities (e.g. after-school program, sports, camps, etc.)
Bilingual services are available. Please contact us for additional information.
