Positions Available: Behavior Interventionist

What we provide:

• On-going, direct support from supervisors on how to use research-based strategies to manage problem behaviors and build important skills
• 40+ hours of extensive initial training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Paid training
• Paid Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) exam
• Professional skills development
• Opportunities to provide direct behavior therapy to children with disabilities such as Autism, Intellectual Disability, and Down Syndrome
• Work in a variety of settings including the home, clinic, school, and community

What you need:

• Enthusiasm and a passion for teaching and interacting with children
• A strong desire to learn and a high degree of professionalism
• A high school diploma (or equivalent) or higher
• Availability between 8:00AM – 6:30PM; afternoons and early evenings preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between service settings
• Completion of a background check and TB test upon being hired
• A valid Driver’s License and proof of car insurance

Previous experience with ABA (or superpowers!) not required. We provide the training!
